Excellent Choice!!!
I was in a difficult situation when a private landlord decided to put the condo on the market and not renew my lease. I heard ... great things about the Wesley Townsend and decided to take a look. Jim (Community Manager) was just a delight to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to match me with a perfect unit. My move-in was seamless. Everyone was great about helping me make arrangements and being there to guide me on the day I moved in the building. You should note that Jim's position is "Community Manager" versus a property manager you find in other places. He and his team really do everything in their power to create that community vibe. I have found all the residents to be friendly and care about the residence. We really love living here and seems like between home purchases we always end up back here! You will not find a quiter place ... with respectful neighbors and a fantastic manager! The whole staff is great actually. The pool is gorgeous and you do not have people blasting music or getting crazy, just a peaceful oasis. My only wish list would have been for a co-working space bec. I get tired of working alone all day : ) Can't wait to see the new decor. The time will come when we must move but we never rule out moving back here again if the need arises. This place encourages pet owners to clean up, which is actually a law!!-but no property enforces it. Here is good. No smoking issues. No "boom boom", just quiet. There may be an exception but if so, I have not heard of it and I know Jim would 100% handle it quickly. FYI- the pics do NOT do the VIEWS justice. OR the space! Best of luck! Best value in location, with a quality building and loyal staff. My wife and I landed here from Los Angeles, and it has been ... an incredible place to live, while getting acclimated to the city of Atlanta. Between Buckhead Village and Midtown, while next to the Northside Beltline and the Fresh Market, this place is extremely central to everything that makes Atlanta what is. Management team here have been more than supportive and helpful with assisting needs that would come up. The building insulate noise from neighbors very well so there’s a great sense of privacy. our unit is spacious and naturally lit. Few places I know have that going for themselves. The value in rent for being close to everything, while being insulated from turbulence in an affluent neighborhood, has no comparison. My wife and I lived here for 2 years and moved only due to my job forcing a relocation. Wesley Townsend was quality all the ... way. Outstanding support staff from the front desk reps to maintenance personnel; all were pro's and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this complex to singles, newlyweds, to couples with kiddos. While it is centrally located, it's a quiet and family friendly place. The whole staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. The dog community here and nearby (the Monroe) is also very good. No issues with bugs, maintenance requests were answered timely, secure premises w/ key fobs, and just an overall clean & pleasurable experience. Highly recommend

Honestly can’t say enough good things about this apartment community. The staff is AMAZING and always looking out for the residence and any requests they may have. From the location (close to beltline and many restaurants and grocery stores) to the events they host quarterly this is an amazing safe place to live...and not to mention the price! You can’t go wrong with choosing the Wesley Townsend as your next home.
